Jean Carter Designed Interiors, Inc.-Pawleys Island, S.C. team welcomed aboard Deborah Jessop in December 2005. 

Relocating from Boston, Deborah has made the Lowcountry her home for the past 8 years. A former interior designer for more than 18 years, Deborah worked alongside many talented designers from Bloomingdale's design department to Brunschwig and Fils at the Boston Design Center; culminating with the opening of her own design firm. 

When Deborah relocated to the Lowcountry, she tried her hand as a pastry chef as well as food and beverage director at The Reserve Golf Club.  Although she enjoyed the restaurant side of design and the people she met, she yearned to get back to her first true love - Interior Design.  Deborah missed working on projects and seeing the final rewards of her design efforts come together.  Now, Deborah has returned to her first love of interior design.  She looks forward to working with Jean and her team.
